welcome to my BLOG

My little brother has a birthday coming up, and he also recently finished his time as an undergrad at Auburn! We are just so proud of him for finishing this chapter of his life so strongly, and I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from his grad session today! Auburn University has to be one of my favorite places to photograph – it’s so nostalgic from my own time there in college, not to mention that it is the loveliest village on the plains. We also took some shots with his friend, Case, who graduated with the fall 2020 class as well. After the ceremony in Jordan-Hare Stadium, we started at Toomer’s of course, travelled to the Auburn seal, and finished up at Samford Hall.

If you haven’t heard the story of the seal, legend has it that if you stepped on the seal while you were an undergraduate, you wouldn’t finish college within four years. It’s been longstanding tradition to finally put those soles on the seal once you finished your degree!

My baby sis, Sarah, is currently in her third year at Auburn. She is studying pre-vet/marine bio, and is going to be kicking some serious ass one day. We had to snap a couple of her by the seal to compare to when her own time comes to finally step upon it.
