HELLO, I'M KATIE!
I am a portrait and motherhood photographer serving Alabama, Georgia, and the southeast. I am passionate about documenting life's most momentous seasons, whether that is a couple who is newly engaged, a senior graduating from college, or a family welcoming their child into the world.
I was raised in Enterprise, Alabama, and I am currently living in Marietta, Georgia with my husband, Tyler; son, Owen; and fur babies - Moxie, Jericho, and Goose. On weekends when I don't have sessions, you can find me curled up on the couch surrounded by plants and reading a fantasy novel. I'm pretty sure cooking is my love language, and being raised in Alabama means that feeding people is equal to loving people well.

I believe in the magic of photography - that when my shutter clicks, I am not only capturing light and color but memories, and all the joys or pains that come with being human. I believe in the beauty and richness of nature and the human beings within it when we share our gifts with one another. I believe there are no bounds that can hold us and no chains that can snare us when we choose to love each other above all things.
As a mama myself, I deeply understand the importance of capturing all of life's milestones. Time never stops flowing, no matter how desperate we are to pause it, and photography is such a beautiful way of helping your memories live on for lifetimes to come.
