The Penter family and their newborn baby girl were an absolute dream to work with. Baby Palmer was so precious – those cheeks and hair! She was wide awake for most of her in home session in Roswell, Georgia, just watching and taking it all in. She fell asleep near the end so we were able to get some of those gorgeous, timeless wrap images with all the teenie details. Kelley is such a beautiful mama, and their pup Chester absolutely stole the show!
I captured the Palmer family in their home in Roswell. In-home sessions are my favorite thing to do for newborn sessions. This ensures that you are as comfortable as you can be, and we can take breaks as needed. I also love documenting all those nursery details you’ve worked so hard on! It will mean so much in years to come to be able to pull out their newborn album and show Palmer where she was brought home to.
I will often use multiple rooms during in-home sessions, chasing where the light is best. This includes the nursery, master bedroom, living room, and even the front foyer! These wrapped portraits of Palmer were done in the front foyer with the front door open for maximum light.
