My husband, Tyler, and I spent the first weekend in November at a cabin in Murphy, North Carolina celebrating the on-year anniversary of our wedding celebration. The mountains in north Georgia are absolutely breathtaking in fall – and fall is my favorite season! The view from our porch was incredible, and we spent three days just reading books and soaking it all up.

We ventured down one afternoon for a visit to Mercier Orchards, an apple orchard in north Georgia with fresh hard cider, the most delicious apple fried pies, and beautiful serene rolling hills. I highly recommend a visit for anyone planning to be in that area! Make sure you grab a jug of fresh pressed hot apple cider to take home.
