There are few things I love in this world more than Auburn. SEC Football in the fall, Toomer’s lemonade, rolling the oaks… I could go on and on. Really though, what makes Auburn so incredibly is the people. Everyone is always so friendly, ready with a wave and a “War Eagle!” I’ve exchanged “war eagles” with strangers across the country, on ski slopes, on the beach, in post offices, you name it. I’ve even gotten that greeting as far across the world as on the Eiffel Tower in Paris, when I was wearing an Auburn shirt. True story. So when these three ladies asked me to do their graduation pictures, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be there.
I met these girls in elementary school and became lifelong friends. There was no question that we would go to Auburn, being raised in big football families with a long line of Auburn heritage. Each of these three ladies studied to be teachers – one now works in Auburn and two are special education teachers.
And I, of course, had to throw in a couple pics of my own graduation from Auburn in 2016, just because I love the dang place so much and wish I could be a student there all over again.
War Eagle to that.
